The Villa

Welcome to our beautiful luxurious brand new villa built in 2007. Set in a Mediterranean style gated community of Tuscan Hills, offering club house, sand volley ball, tennis court and much more and only 10 minutes from Disney.

Our luxurious villa is furnished to the highest of standards. Our home sleeps up to 10 people with its 4 bedrooms (1 master) (1 king) (2 twins) and sofa bed offering 2 ensuites and a family bathroom, hairdryers, towels,and bed linen all supplied. Our villa comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen, with separate utility room, stylish dinning room and lounge area giving a modern and contemporary feel throughout. Our home is fully air conditioned and heated. The games room comes fully equipped with pool table, air hockey, bar, football and stereo. We have a luxury screened pool with spa, which can be fully heated.

Tuscan Hills onsite Facilities

On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with a games room, gym and wireless Internet access. Outside there are tennis courts, children's play area, a sand volleyball court, and a palm garden.

The clubhouse is situated just a couple of minutes walk from our villa, is lavishly furnished and would make an ideal meeting place. It has plenty of comfortable seats, toilet facilities, a television and great views looking out over the palm garden and sports courts. Should you wish to sit outside, there is a covered patio area running along the back of the clubhouse.

Facilities inside the clubhouse include a well equipped gym complete with a running machine, cross trainer, exercise bike and multi-gym, and a games room complete with a pool table, air hockey table and table football.

Facilities outside the clubhouse include a tennis court, a sand volleyball court, a palm garden, and for the younger children a adventure play area.

Getting There / Location

Our villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport. Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Tuscan Hills is located approx. 6 miles on the right hand side. The driving times from both airports vary, however Orlando International Airport is the closer of the two with an approximate 30 minute drive from door to door, whereas Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive.

The Florida / Orlando / Disney Area

Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport on US 27, just one mile away from the intersection with the US 192. Interstate 4 can be easily reached and provides direct access southwest to Tampa (70 minutes) and northeast to the center of Orlando and the Airports. (Orlando Airport - 30 Minutes, Sanford Airport - 1 Hour).

Facilities in the area

Located just half a mile away from Tuscan Hills you will find a Chinese restaurant and a Publix supermarket, while within just a couple of miles are all the essentials including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, bank, petrol station and a super Walmart.
