Payments
- A
binding contract will exist once the deposit is paid in full.
- A
deposit of £150 is payable with each booking, this will
secure your holiday and act as our security. Full payment
is required six weeks prior to arrival. Payment should be
made by cheque, bankers draught or cash.
- The
deposit fee will be retained until our management company
has reported no damage or loss, in which case it will be refunded
in full within 7 days of your departure.
- We
reserve the right to peruse a guest for compensation for any
damages caused which may exceed the value of the deposit.
This fee will require payment within 14 days of being served
notice of this.
Cancellations
- In
the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday,
the date of cancellation will be the day on which written
communication of cancellation is received by us.

- We
advise you to take out an insurance policy to cover any problems
or cancellations that should occur.
Accommodation
- Your
accommodation will be ready for you from 4.00pm on the day
of arrival.
- You
must vacate the provided premises by 10.30am on the day of
departure.
- Bed
linens and towels are provided.
- Gas
and electric are included.
Management
Requests
- Only
those persons named on the booking form are entitled to stay
in the accommodation, and the total number in your party shall
not exceed the advertised capacity.
- We
cannot accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18 years
of age.
- Your
vehicles and their accessories and contents are left entirely
at your own risk, as are all personal belongings left in the
property.
- We
do not accept responsibility for injury to persons unless
caused by proven negligent act or omission by ourselves.
- The
games room must be used with respect, as of this Children
under 11 are advised to be under supervision of an adult.
- For
the convenience of all our guests, we operate a no smoking
policy inside the villa.
Special
Requirements
- If
you require the swimming pool to be heated in the colder months
of the year, you will need to give notice of this. This will
incur an additional charge of £100 per week.
- If
there are other requirements that we can help with to make
your stay more comfortable, please inform us and we will endeavor
to do our utmost to satisfy your needs.
