What do I need to bring with me to my villa?

Our villa is fully equipped and furnished to exacting tastes and this is done solely to ensure that you have a worry free vacation. The amenities that we provide in each villa include the following:-

What is the weather normally like in Central Florida and so what clothes do I bring?

While we cannot guarantee what the weather will be like when you are here in our villa however there is a general pattern which has prevailed over the years and so we have reproduced for you the monthly averages which are provided courtesy of the Weather Channel . You can also click on our Links page and you will find a forecast of the day of your arrival and the ensuing days to get a more accurate picture of what to expect.

You must always be prepared for the occasional thunderstorm , which thankfully passes fairly quickly between the months of June and September.

Light summer clothing is recommended and in the fall and spring months a jacket or coat may be required occasionally in those months one may need to wear heavier clothing so come prepared. Basic items you should have include:-

Camera and/ or video camera
Sun protection: Sun screen, Hat , Visor, Sunglasses
Comfortable walking shoes and socks
Loose fitting , lightweight knit and cotton shorts and pants or dresses , cotton
Swimsuits for the water parks and year round heated private villa pool
Raincoat or poncho
Light jacket

Do I get maid service in my villa?

The price quoted for your vacation is on a "self catered " basis. After each previous guest leaves, the staff thoroughly cleans and inspects each villa to ensure its readiness for each subsequent guest . The homes are treated monthly for insects and the pool is cleaned weekly. You are free to request a mid-term clean( if you are staying for 10 days or more) and we will be happy to arrange this for a standard fee. If however you need service more frequently then you are free to request it and we will be happy to provide it for a standard fee as well. Remember, the villa is equipped with washing machine, dryer, vacuum, broom , mop and dishwasher.
For those who desire the convenience of a daily cleaning service this can be done at the rate of $65.00 per day. This involves trash being removed and fresh clean towels brought to your villa ,made beds vacuuming of entire villa and the cleaning of kitchen and bathroom areas. To order this daily cleaning please call the management company and provide them with 24 hour notice once you arrive.

Is there a telephone at the villa and , if so, how is it operated?

Our villa is equipped with telephones for your use and convenience. Our welcome and arrival pack contains the telephone number and full instructions for the use of the telephone. You can make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls.

What time is check -in and checkout?

Check in is 4 p. m. and check out is 10 a.m.

What if we would like an earlier check in and a later check out?

This is based on availability and so you are welcome to request this. If the villa is available you need to make this request at least 24 hours prior to your departure date and the cost would be £30.00 late check out or early check in fee.

Is the pool heated?

Pool heat is available for the rates based on the size of the house which determines the occupancy. Pool heat is recommended during the colder months of October through to April. Please request this when making your reservation as it is not automatically done.

Is there a hair dryer in the villa?

Yes, our villa has at least 2 hair dryers.

Are the homes all air conditioned and heated?

Yes, our villa is fully air conditioned and heated.

When do we get the directions to our holiday home?

Upon receipt of your reservation and payment, we will send the confirmation complete with address, directions and the check-in procedures to you . This information can be sent by e-mail or mail, which ever is your preferred method.

Can we bring our pets- Fido and Felix?

Sorry, we do not allow pets in our vacation home.

Can we smoke inside the villa?

Sorry , we do not allow smoking in the villas.

Do we have to bring our own towels?

No you do not . We are fully provisioned with towels, washcloths and linens.

All of our villas are about 15 minutes from the Main Gate to Disney.
